Cross-cultural Learning Youth Programme
Background
The Home Affairs Department has sponsored non-governmental organisations to operate a cross-cultural learning youth programme. This is to help minority youth to integrate into the wider society through such means as Cantonese lessons, outside classroom learning activities and after-school tutorial classes.
