Sham Shui Po District Office, Unified Association of Kowloon West Limited, Federation of HK Sichuan Community Organisations, and the Federation of HK Chengdu Community Organisations are co-organising an event at Cheung Sha Wan Promenade to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the People's Republic of China. One key attraction is the installation of twelve panda sculptures that blend intangible cultural heritage with contemporary designs, aiming to showcase Sham Shui Po's creative industry. These fibreglass panda sculptures, approximately 1.5 to 1.8 metres tall, will be in different styles. They will be on display from late October 2024 to mid-February 2025 as a photo-taking spot. |
