The Under Secretary for Home and Youth Affairs, Mr Clarence Leung, together with the Deputy Director of Home Affairs, Mr Te Chi-wang, the Deputy Director General of the New Territories Sub-office of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Mr Li Gongxun, the District Officer (Tsuen Wan), Mr Billy Au, and other guests officiate at the opening ceremony of Day x Night Vibes @ 18 Districts “Celebrating the Year of Dragon – Tsuen Wan Lantern Festival Bazaar”. The bazaar is held from February 23 to 25, 2024, in Sha Tsui Road Playground, Tsuen Wan.
