Guidance Notes for Application for Inclusion in the Home Affairs Department Suppliers List
Introduction
The Home Affairs Department (HAD) maintains a list of suppliers of goods and services.
Those who wish to be considered for inclusion in the list may apply in writing to the Director of Home Affairs. Suppliers on the list may receive invitations to quotation/tender for the category(ies) of goods or services, for which they have been included.
Application
Applicants should submit a completed application form, together with the following information, to the Director of Home Affairs for consideration:-(a) a copy of valid Business Registration Certificate or documentary evidence showing that exemption of business registration is granted under the Business Registration Ordinance (Chapter 310 of the Laws of Hong Kong); and
(b) relevant catalogues and descriptive literature of the goods/services provided.
Application for inclusion in the HAD Suppliers List is free of charge.
