Application for Inclusion in the Home Affairs Department Suppliers List
The Home Affairs Department (HAD) maintains a list of suppliers of goods and services for issuing quotation invitations / informing tender issued. Application for inclusion in the HAD Suppliers List is free of charge. Any firm not currently on the list but wishing to be considered for inclusion in the list may submit a completed application form to the Director of Home Affairs.

Applications received will be processed by HAD and the applicants will be notified of the result in writing. Subject to confirmation of their credentials, those firms that are found acceptable will be included in the HAD Suppliers List. Their continued inclusions in the list will depend on their demonstrated ability to offer competitive quotations/tenders and on their performance in connection with any order(s) or contract(s) which they have been awarded. HAD reserves the right to review the status of a firm as a HAD Supplier in the light of any new information that may affect such status and remove a firm from the HAD Supplier List at any time without prior notice and without compensation.
Suppliers on the list may be invited to quotation/tender for the category(ies) of goods or services, for which they are included, as and when opportunities arise.
